1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Serpify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Serpify provides keyword rank tracking services for Google search results. The Service includes:

  • Automated daily rank checking
  • Historical rank data and charts
  • Email alerts for rank changes
  • API access (Pro plan only)
  • CSV import/export functionality

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

  • Free Plan: 10 keywords, 1 project, no credit card required
  • Starter Plan: $19/month, 500 keywords, 5 projects
  • Pro Plan: $49/month, 2,000 keywords, 20 projects, API access

4.2 Free Trial

New customers receive a 7-day free trial when upgrading to a paid plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Share your API keys or account credentials
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
  • Use the Service to track competitors' rankings without authorization

6. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of ranking data
  • Real-time updates (rankings are checked daily)
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • That Google's algorithms won't affect results

Ranking data is provided "as is" and should be used for informational purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Serpify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Serpify, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
